Meet Tracy.

Tracy McLaughlin

Tracy is a creative professional with over 17 years’ of management experience, primarily in the beauty industry. Beginning her career as a makeup artist, Tracy quickly realized her talent for business and progressed into management roles. After continuing education in Communications, she discovered her love of design and most recently held the role of Graphic and Creative Designer at Tivoli Audio.

Tracy is committed to lifelong learning and has obtained her MA Aesthetics license before pursuing an associate degree in Communication. She was awarded a scholarship in the summer of 2019 to attend the American College of Thessaloniki, Greece, where she studied photography and history. Tracy's hunger for knowledge extends beyond academics as she regularly attends extracurricular workshops, courses, and certifications.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Tracy enjoys supporting her community by volunteering for events such as the Salem Arts Festival and E-Love-Ate Festival. She also has a passion for yoga, vegetarian cooking, film, record collecting, making art, and nurturing her many houseplants. She founded Tales & ‘Tails, a book club meetup for women featuring a monthly selection and discussion. She also has taken on the craft of woodworking with her partner, together founding Scribe Woodworking which creates exotic wood crafts and commissions. Tracy splits her time between Salem, MA, where she enjoys exploring the downtown shops, museums, and restaurants, and Acton, MA where she can enjoy the quiet natural landscapes and farm fresh food.
